The Spears Center Mission and Key Initiatives
The Larry C. Spears Center for Servant-Leadership, Inc. is a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Indiana. In February 2008, The Spears Center is recognized as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (26 U.S.C. § 501(c) (3)). Charitable contributions to the Center are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Please consult your tax professional.
The Spears Center’s Mission Statement
The mission of The Larry C. Spears Center is to create a more caring and serving world through the understanding and practice of servant-leadership, and with a primary emphasis upon the books and related publications by Robert K. Greenleaf and Larry C. Spears.
